How to buy QNT

1. Connect a Solana wallet on the Invest page.
2. Enter the amount in USDC. You'll see the entry fee and an estimate of how many QNT you'll receive at the current NAV.
3. Sign the USDC transfer in your wallet. That's it.

Your final price is the NAV at the moment your payment is confirmed on-chain. QNT are then issued by the fund's signers — a 2-of-3 multisig, not a server — typically within 48 hours on business days. You can follow the status under My investment.

Go to Invest

This is the standard path. Make sure the wallet is on Solana mainnet and holds enough SOL for network fees (0.01 SOL is plenty). Click Invest, connect, enter the amount, sign. When asked to sign a short message, that's how we confirm the wallet is yours — it costs nothing and moves nothing.

Withdraw USDC from the exchange to your own Solana wallet first, choosing the Solana network when withdrawing. Then invest from that wallet.

Do not send USDC directly from an exchange to the fund address. Exchange withdrawals come from a shared address we cannot link to you, and we would have no wallet to send your QNT to. Payments we cannot match are returned only after manual review.

Use the "Swap in your wallet" link on the Invest page. It opens Jupiter in a new tab; the swap happens in your own wallet and the fund never touches anything but USDC. Keep some SOL for fees.

Use Ledger through Phantom or Solflare. Enable "blind signing" in the Solana app on the device when asked. Signing the USDC transfer works normally. If your setup cannot sign a message, nothing is lost: the transfer itself carries a reference that links the payment to your request, and the page will confirm it automatically.

Trezor does not connect directly to Solana apps. You can still invest:

1. On the Invest page, connect any wallet you control to create the request, or use "Pay from another app".
2. You'll see the fund's USDC address, the exact amount, and a memo text "QNT …".
3. In Trezor Suite, send exactly that amount of USDC on Solana to that address, with the memo text included.
4. Paste the transaction signature into the page. Tokens go to the wallet you entered as the recipient.

If your Trezor Suite version cannot add a memo to a Solana transfer, contact us before sending.

• I sent a slightly different amount? If it's within the limits, you receive QNT for the amount actually received, at the same NAV rules.
• I sent less than the minimum, or more than my limit? The payment is held and returned to your wallet by the fund's signers. You'll see "refund pending" and then the refund transaction.
• I sent from a different wallet than the one connected? The payment can't be matched automatically. Contact support with the transaction signature.
• My QNT haven't arrived after 48 hours? Check My investment for the status. If it says "issued" and you can't see the token, add it to your wallet by its mint address. Otherwise contact support.
• I closed the page? Open My investment and connect the same wallet.

QNT is not traded on exchanges. You redeem it with the fund at NAV, minus a redemption fee of 0.5%, paid in USDC to the wallet that holds the QNT.

On the Redeem page you enter an amount and burn the tokens yourself — nothing is transferred to the fund, and the supply drops the moment the burn confirms. Your payout is the NAV at that moment, not at the moment you started.

The USDC is then sent by the fund's signers, a 2-of-3 multisig, typically T+1 for amounts up to 10,000 USDC and T+2 above. You can follow the status under My investment.

The minimum is the same idea as the investment minimum, with one exception: you can always redeem your entire balance, however small. Use "Redeem all".

Using a Trezor? Burning requires signing a transaction that Trezor Suite cannot build for Solana tokens, so this path is not available there yet. Contact support and the redemption will be handled manually.
