Each subscription is made under the current versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Risk Disclosure Statement, the Investor Declaration and the Fee Schedule. You accept them by signing a message with your wallet that names each version and its SHA-256 hash. The hash is of the canonical file linked here — download it, hash it, and compare.
